“Our driver was there and waiting after we collected our bags and headed out. He took my whole parties bags and we headed to a lovely looking limo. He made sure we all had a drink in hand before we headed to our hotel on the strip where he then unloaded all our luggage. A great start to our trip in vegas!”

“Extremely disappointed with this experience. I had booked the SUV Limo that seats 12 people as a surprise for my husbands 30th Birthday to start off our Vegas trip. I paid £264 to then receive a standard SUV 5 seater. Thankfully I took pictures of the vehicle including REG - however despite doing this it still wasn't good enough to receive a full refund! I was offered £60???? Whereas the difference between a standard and the luxury 12 seater is over £150 different. Disgusting and Viator ended up ignoring my emails in the end. Booked other excursions through different companies (thankfully) would NEVER use Viator again - if they would've…”

Review of Las Vegas Strip’s private celebrity-chef food tour, with seven tastings, practical tips, pricing, walking details, and honest drawbacks.

“A little underwhelming, the guide was good but not quite the “food” experience that we thought we were getting for 970$ weeks could have had a full meal with a 400$ bottle of wine at Delmonicos! Not enough food, and should have been able to provide an option at giattas when we did not want a desert. Also don’t recall any braised short rib nachos or surprise dish. Won’t do this again.!”

Review of a private Valley of Fire hike from Las Vegas, with custom trails, photo stops, snacks, water, and guide Adam Bautz.

“Adam did an amazing job! When we were booking our Las Vegas vacation, we wanted to sneak in a couple days of hiking and adventure. And while one of us is an experienced hiker and could easily plan a trip to Valley of Fire, our time was limited. So we decided to book a guide. After looking at a bunch of tours to Valley of Fire and various other places, we noticed something we didn't like in the descriptions and reviews. Almost all of them were short, group experiences, with almost no ability to customize your experience. That was until we found Adam and his Private Valley of Fire Hiking…”

“Company is not a provider. It is a middleman that searches providers. Car was not at designated pickup spot on my arrival. Phone number provided was NY number that transferred me. I was placed on a long hold before finally getting through. A car was finally sent after we waited for over an hour. The ultimate driver was given the wrong pickup and destination information. The final driver was actually excellent but use Carmel in Las Vegas at your peril.”
