“Our plane was delayed and got in almost 3 hours late. The only contact number was the driver and when I told him we had arrived I was hung up on. When returning the call, I was sent to voicemail. There was no way of contacting anyone by phone that I could find, so we took a taxi instead. I understand that the drivers may have set hours but there still should be a contact other than themselves to arrange a ride for a late arriving plane. Was a frustrating start to an exceptionally long airplane ride.”
